Victoria Dobbins, PhD, ATR-BC, LMFT
Victoria is the Art Therapy Psychology Department's Clinical Practicum Director and an Associate Professor. She enjoys both teaching and mentoring students as they navigate their way into the therapy world. Victoria enjoys teaching courses that prepare students both theoretically and practically. She is interested in furthering research about the Expressive Therapies Continuum and its role in the field of Art Therapy.
In her clinical life, Victoria owns and runs a therapy practice, Canvas and Connection Therapy in Sebastopol, CA. She supervises Associate Marriage and Family Therapists and sees her own clients. As a therapist, she specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Victoria enjoys supporting my clients in finding their voices within the systems they live in and work heavily from a family systems theoretical approach.
In her personal time, Victoria loves painting, traveling, cooking, and gardening with her family.
